Who are we?

Rand Skills Enhancement Centre (RSEC) is a proudly South African training institution powered by ARCH, and committed to building a skilled, employable workforce for today’s industrial landscape. Established in 2015, RSEC specialises in practical, industry aligned educational solutions and skills development in various trades, including welding, electrical, safety, analyzers, instrumentation and more.

RSEC is accredited with merSETA, NAMB, and the QCTO, with a track record of excellence in delivering accredited and customised skills development solutions. From hands-on trade test preparation to compliance-focused courses, our expert facilitators and custom learner management system ensure that both individuals and companies receive top-tier support in their growth journey.
